We offer a bespoke service on all items that we make ourselves.
Lampshades: We can make all the sizes of our lampshades in your own fabric or any one of ours. We can also quote on special sizes. Prices start from as little as £19.00 for a bespoke shade.
Noticeboards: We have four standard sizes but we can make any size. We will give you a quote. Any fabric can be used from our range or you can send your own. Our boards are not thin and weedy but PLUMP AND GORGEOUS!
Curtains, Roman Blinds, London Blinds: Call our order line 020 8660 3527 or email karole@countrycream.co.uk with the size you require and whether lined, interlined or blackout lined and will will email back a full detailed quote and if you are using your own fabric we will let you know how much to send.
Swedish Blinds Call or email for a quote. Our Swedish Blinds are so popular - they look stunning in a bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen or utitily or any small window. Not suitable for larger windows where you want to lower them frequently.
Hearts: All of our hearts and sets of hearts can be made in your own fabric as a special order. It will take approx 3 weeks. Call or email to find out how much fabric to send. The hearts will cost the same.
Cushions Again, any of our cushions can be made with your own fabric.

We offer a bespoke service on many items - including lampshades, joinery and soft furnishings. We can make a lampshade in your own fabric, we can even make our scented hearts in your own fabric. Our workshop can make curtains, blinds, cushions etc. Please call Karole for a quote.
PLEASE NOTE: Completed bespoke items cannot be refunded unless faulty or a mistake on our part. If WE make a mistake we will do all we can to correct it free of charge. If YOU have made a mistake then there will be additional costs to make corrections. This will be discussed with you.
A 50% deposit is required before commencement of work. Cancellation before work commences on your order and if no costs have been incurred on our part then a full refund will be made of the deposit. If an order is cancelled after we have commenced the work then the following rules apply. If any special fabrics or materials have been purchased, or costs incurred on your behalf, then the costs of these will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder returned to you.
Confirmation of our terms and conditions and work to be carried out will be required before commencement of work. This can be done via email or if you prefer in writing. Verbal confirmation by telephone cannot be accepted.
