DELIVERY TIMES
If you are sending a cheque we will need to wait 10 days/2weeks after we receive it to process the payment. Goods will not be sent until we have received and process the cheque. All other payment methods - Please allow 28 days on small made to order items or out of stock items. Items in stock will be despatched within 3/4 days. Furniture items made to order can take approx 5 weeks depending on our painting queue - we do everything in strict rotation. We are a family run business with a small dedicated team working on your order and our standard is high and consistent with each item although small differences may occur as they are all individually made so we hope you will bear with us on our delivery times.
POST AND PACKING CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS
Because we all hate paying p&p we have tried to make our delivery charges as fair as possible. Therefore we have the following structure. We do not hide our delivery charges in the cost of the product and we do not make any profit on our delivery charges. Although it is done by value it is also calculated by weight and is always at cost. In fact on some heavier consignments sent by post we actually loose money because we will not charge more than quoted below! (except on furniture which is quoted separately)

Order value up to £13.50 - £2.50
Order value £13.51-£40.00 - £4.95
Order value £40.01 and over - £6.50
Next Day delivery (order by phone before 1.00pm) £9.50
Furniture Items - priced individually, based on weight.
Timed AM. delivery can be arranged – we will give you a quote.
At the time of ordering (by phone) you will be informed if your consignment will arrive by courier. If ordered via the web we will call or email you. In this case you will be given a choice of day (Mon-Fri only) A signature will be required so please give a delivery address where somebody will be present during the day. Alternatively we can send to a different address or leave the order in a secure place or with a neighbour. We cannot guarantee the time of day. Usually consignments arrive in the morning but it can be as late as 5.00pm especially at holiday times such as Christmas.

As this will be based on weight we will weigh the order and give you a quote for delivery before despatching. We will endeavour to obtain the best possible quote.
OUR GUARANTEE & RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is important to us and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you can return items to us within 7 days, unused and in original packaging, for an exchange or refund. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Items made to your own specifications cannot be refunded. Fabric can only be returned in quantities of 2m or more. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
